Refund policy

At Soul Amour, every order is carefully prepared with intention and care. Due to the nature of our fragrance oils, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at soulamourllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellations or changes may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
